Jake hates writing in the 3rd person.  He is the husband of Beth and the father of 5 boys.  After serving in the role of Pastor of Youth and Families for over a decade, he now serves as Pastoral Team Lead at Grace.  Jake graduated from Wheaton College in Illinois, majoring in Bible/Theology, and still learns new things everyday.  He loves working on a team, being involved with the youth, and seeking to ensure that our church body is a place where everyone can be discipled.  He has thoroughly enjoyed seeing the fruit of staying in one place, building relationships, and sharing Jesus’ love with the youth of our community.  Jake enjoys reading theology, poetry, and beautifully written prose.  He could lose hours doing word puzzles and crosswords.  Jake cares (too much) about basketball and (not enough) about eating healthy.
