Due to our limited building use we have crafted a slightly different approach to Adult Learning for the fall and winter at GBC. Each of these sessions has a maximum capacity of 30, and you must pre-register with the church office to attend. (604-869-5524 or info@gbchope.com). We will be offering two venues and times, the first will follow church services each Sunday from 11:30 am -12:15 pm. (You do not have to be attending worship on a given Sunday to attend the sessions on that Sunday.) The second will be on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30 pm. Our hope is that this will provide opportunities for learning as well as for relational connections during this time of pandemic and restrictions. This two-week series taught by Erv Klassen will look at the differences between the way Solomon is presented in the books of Kings and Chronicles as a way to help us better understand what the Bible writers were seeking to communicate and thus help us better use the text for our own growth today.
