Join the churches of the community in a celebration of the start of the Advent season, a time of waiting and anticipation for the coming of our Saviour Jesus on Christmas Day. The walk starts early, at 5:00PM, at the United Church at Queens Street & Third Avenue. A short 10-minute program is held at each stop as we walk to each of the churches: Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church, Anglican Christ Church, Pentecostal Church, Grace Baptist Church, and the Northwest Harvest Church. The event will wrap up at the Northwest Harvest Church with refreshments.
